Located in the cultural heart of downtown Manhattan, STILL offers its clients 60 min and 90 min massage options of both on or off the table (mat) work with a highly trained Licensed Massage Therapist. We offer a holistic massage that combines both east and west massage modalities for a deeply healing and therapeutic session. Modalities of expertise include: myofascial release, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, shiatsu & acupressure, tuina, and reflexology. We also offer pre-natal massage for our clients upon special request.
STILL also offers its clients the option to book 1 hr sessions in a concentrated yoga private lesson, mobility training or jiu jitsu and self defense. A challenging yet therapeutic Ashtanga based vinyasa class suitable for both beginner or intermediate yoga practitioner. Students will learn the fundamentals of alignment in postures as well as become proficient in the synchronization of breath and movement known as "vinyasa" or "flow". Each session is tailored to specifically fit the clients goals. Individual levels of fitness are taken into consideration.

JIU JITSU FUNDAMENTALS

We introduce the core concepts of jiu jitsu and begin to build on fundamental techniques while the instructor does an assessment of client mobility to create a structured class plan for future sessions. Clients should expect a focalized mini “workshop” in mobility training during these sessions. Experienced practitioners looking to hone in or improve on established technique should also choose this module when booking.
